For windows (tested in win98 and win2000pro) from MI410 I changed to MI415 as I installed a larger disk (60 Gb Deskstar). What to do Format a floppy disk "format a /s" then add the two files as I sent (AWDFLASH.EXE and MI415.BIN) into the floppy disk after that you have extracted them into a directory on your computer. This will make a floppy including system files, bin file and flash file. When reebooting your PC press Alt+F2 to reach AWDFLASH, then you will flash your bios. Some bugs from earlier bios versions are fixed and you can now handle larger disks.
Good luck! ( I have also sent a version of the old bios MI410 in case you want to reset your bios to version MI410, AWDFLASH.EXE included)
