"This driver was the only one that worked with the Viper 770 and XP pro. 2x is working, but I haven't got it to 4x yet.

Seems strange that other nvidia drivers don't work. This one appears to be nvidia version 40.72 - from 2002"

"Driver works better than XP's driver, but still needs tweaking on the OpenGL side, maybe Nvidia will update it (I hope ).

There is also a Linux based driver I am playing with ( attemping to compile for windows) Linux's driver sems to take advantage of OpenGL much better than windows. If it works, I'll post for inspection."

"Tears of joy. I finally found the driver that works. Windows XP on a Dell Dimension XPS-T450. 32 MB Diamond Viper V770D / Ultra nVidia / BIOS 203A5A02 on the card and BIOS A11 on the Dell."
