Afer downloading, double-click the file in Windows Explorer. Accept the default unzip folder (c \pt-3030-w9x) and then click the UNZIP box. Files will be written to that folder. Install modem by double-clicking the MODEMS icon in Control Panel.... when prompted select "Have Disk", then point to the folder (c \pt-3030-w9x)... continue til finished.
