I finally found it! The Windows XP driver for the Philips Model PCRW464K47 External CDRW Drive. You actually have to go the support page of the the Freecom web site (www.freecom.de) and download the Traveler USB driver for Windows XP. I would definitely like to not thank Philips.

"This driver works fine for me and I too am using Win XP. For those still having problems, after running the driver setup within the zip file be sure to run the add hardware wizard in control panel. It won't work if you don't add the hardware after installing the driver."
