2. Insert the floppy disk labeled Ezonics Dual Cam Drivers. If you have misplaced your floppy disk click here to download the dualdrv02.exe drivers.
3. Plug in the camera to the USB port. If add new hardware wizard pops up goto step 4, ( If you have downloaded the drivers from Step 2, skip to Step 5. )
4. Click next once and select to install from a specific location. Then click on the browse button. Locate the 3½ floppy drive a:/ and double click on it. Double click on the VideoDRV folder and click ok. Click next. A window will appear stating that the camera is incompatible with Windows XP, click 'Continue Anyways' to bypass this screen. Once you have downloaded your new driver, you'll need to install it. In Windows, use a built-in utility called Device Manager, which allows you to see all of the devices recognized by your system, and the drivers associated with them.

Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
