This a a fully-functional Win 2K/XP driver for the Cendyne External Serial data/fax modem (V.92). It is based on the Conexant CX06827 chipset although I cannot find anything on it at the Conexant website. Once installed, it shows the actual connect speed and not the port speed that the generic windows driver displays. This files may also work for other versions of Windows but I have not tried it on those. Good luck!
